           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

During personal training sessons, I motivate our clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. I also measure client's strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments.

           MEAL PLAN

 I provide meal plans based on our first interview, here's where we will discuss all the facets of fitness, specifically meals like what you should be eating and what you should not be eating. I will give you a personalized meal plan that will get you on a jump start to your goals, also I will provide 24/7 consultation, so if you ever have a question about anything food or fitness related then you can call me and I'll be on call to help.

           MUSCLE BUILDING

 

To actually build muscle, and transform your physique, I go back to the basics and highlight 5 methods that pass the litmus test-Results.

           CIRCUIT CARDIO

 

Circuit training is a great boredom buster. It offers more cardio benefits, and it will help you burn 30 percent more calories. A circuit is a series of strength or cardio exercises (or both) repeated two or three times with little or no rest between sets. You'll need a watch with a second hand, the cardio equipment of your choice, plus a set of 3- to 5-pound dumbbells.

           CORE STRENGTH

 

Core strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. Strong core muscles make it easier to do many physical activities.
